TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: 19 November 20251. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 Who we are. We are Nama Economics Limited trading as Masri Strategy (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 Company details. We are a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 16537710 and our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 The Services. We provide career coaching services which may include digital content (e.g., pre-recorded courses), 1-to-1 coaching sessions, and document reviews (collectively the “Services”).
2.2 Acceptance. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to accept it or grant you access to the Services, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
2.3 Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services.
2.4 Use of Technology. You acknowledge that we may use technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, to assist in analyzing your documents and preparing feedback. However, all Services are overseen by a human coach, and we remain fully responsible for the quality and accuracy of the advice provided.
3. DIGITAL CONTENT (THE “DIGITAL COURSE”)
3.1 Access. Upon purchase of the Digital Course, you will receive access via a link or login. Access is granted for the period specified on our website (or 6 months if not specified).
3.2 No Right to Cancel (Waiver). By purchasing digital content (such as the Digital Course), you expressly request immediate access. You acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the content within 14 days of purchase, you lose your statutory right to cancel this contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.3 License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your personal, non-commercial career development. You must not share your login details.
4. 1-TO-1 COACHING & PACKAGES
4.1 Scheduling. Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and the coach.
4.2 Cancellation by You (Lateness/No-Show).
(a) If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
(b) Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where you fail to attend, will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
4.3 Package Expiry. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all coaching sessions within a package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this time are forfeited.
4.4 Support. Where a package includes text/messaging support (e.g., WhatsApp), this is provided on a "reasonable use" basis during our standard UK business hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). We reserve the right to limit support if usage becomes excessive or abusive.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 Fees. The fees for the Services are as displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
5.2 Payment Methods. We accept payment via the methods displayed on our checkout page (e.g., Stripe, Wise, or Bank Transfer).
5.3 Installments. If we agree to an installment plan for high-ticket packages, you agree to pay all installments on the due dates specified. Failure to pay an installment may result in the immediate suspension of Services and the full remaining balance becoming due.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
6.1 Digital Content. As per clause 3.2, purely digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6.2 Services (Coaching/Reviews).
(a) Statutory Right. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind. However, if you request us to provide Services (e.g., review a CV or hold a call) during this period, you must pay for the Services provided up to the time of cancellation.
(b) Our Policy. Beyond the statutory period, we offer refunds on 1-to-1 coaching as follows:
(i) Before the first session/review: Full refund.
(ii) After services have commenced: A pro-rata refund will be issued based on the proportion of the package used, minus any administrative fees.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership. We own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the "Asymmetric Information" guide, course videos, worksheets, website copy, and our logo. These materials are owned by Nama Economics Limited.
7.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or share any of our materials with third parties without our prior written consent.
8. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
8.1 No Guarantee of Employment. Our Services are educational and advisory. We make no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding employment success, interview invitations, or job offers. The outcome of your applications depends on your own effort and market conditions.
8.2 Confidentiality of Past Employers. You acknowledge that our coach is under no obligation to, and will not, disclose confidential trade secrets or proprietary information belonging to their previous employers.
8.3 Limitation. We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the Services for domestic and private use. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.
9. PERSONAL DATA
We will use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The terms applicable to your order will be those in force at the time you made your purchase.

- Career & Education Data: CVs, cover letters, academic transcripts, writing samples, career history, and notes taken during coaching calls.
- Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and details of services you have purchased. (Note: We do not store financial credit card data; this is handled by third-party processors).
4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Performance of Contract: To schedule calls, review your CV and job application drafts, and deliver the coaching services you purchased.
- Legitimate Interests: To send you our free guide ("Asymmetric Information") or reply to your inquiries.
- Consent: Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications via email.
5. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
5.1 How we use AI. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the delivery of our Services. Specifically, we may upload your documents (such as your CV, cover letter, or writing samples) into secure, enterprise-grade AI environments to generate feedback, suggest edits, and simulate interview questions.
5.2 Data Security. We use reputable third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) who are subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not use AI to make automated legal or significant decisions about you (e.g., we do not use AI to reject your application to us—all decisions are made by human coaches).
6. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may share your personal data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business. We do not sell your data. We share data with the following categories of service providers:
- Payment Processors: Service providers who process payments on our behalf (such as Stripe, Wise, and banking institutions).
- Communication & IT Services: Providers of email, video conferencing, calendar scheduling, and document hosting services (such as Google Workspace, Calendly, and Loom).
- AI Service Providers: Providers of Artificial Intelligence tools used to analyze documents and generate feedback (such as Google Gemini).
- Marketing & Review Platforms: Platforms used to collect client feedback and manage email communications (such as Trustpilot and email marketing software).
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Many of our external service providers (including Google, Stripe, and Calendly) are based outside the United Kingdom, particularly in the United States. This means your personal data may be transferred and stored internationally.
To protect your data, we only work with major, reputable service providers who adhere to strict data protection standards. We rely on the following legal frameworks to ensure your data is safe:
- The UK-US Data Bridge: Where providers are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Standard Contractual Clauses: Where providers have implemented standard data protection clauses recognized by the UK government in their service agreements.
